Peach Crisp
- Ingredients
- 3 cups sliced peaches
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- ice cream (optional)
Directions
Arrange peach slices in an ungreased 9" square pan; set aside. Combine next three ingredients in bowl; mix well. Cut butter into mixture with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle over peaches. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream, if desired. Yield: 9 servings.
