Pumpkin Pancakes

Ingredients

2 cups biscuit mix

1 Tbs. brown sugar

2 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. allspice

1 1/2 cup buttermilk

2 eggs

2 tsp. oil

1 tsp. vanilla

1/4 cup pumpkin, canned or pureed fresh

Directions

In bowl combine biscuit mix, brown sugar, cinnamon and allspice. Add milk, oil, eggs, pumpkin and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Spoon batter on greased griddle. Cook until bubbly. Turn. Brown on other side.
