Raspberry Crisp
- Ingredients
- 4 cups raspberries
- 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 Tbs. flour
- 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
Directions
Mix flour, sugar, lemon rind, and juice. Gently toss berries with this mixture. Grease a 7" x 11" x 2" pan or other shallow baking pan with butter. Pour filling in dish. Use topping below.
- Topping
- 3/4 cup flour 3/4 cup sugar 3/4 tsp. cinnamon 3/4 tsp. ginger 1/4 tsp. mace 1 stick butter, soft
Directions
Put all ingredients except butter in blender, mix until combined. Cut butter into small size pieces, add to above ingredients. Briefly process until mixture looks crumbly. Sprinkle over berries. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes until topping is brown and berries are bubbly. Cool.
